Instructions for Use：
Component matching requires making sure that the thread size (e.g., M8), strength grade (e.g., Grade 8), and YZP coating of the nut match those of the bolt, and for nuts with serrated flanges, checking the integrity of the serrations; installation involves screwing the nut onto the bolt, aligning the flange with the workpiece, and tightening it using a wrench, taking care not to damage the YZP coating by over-tightening—serrated flanges are ideal for vibrating environments but may scratch soft surfaces (like wood), so opt for non-serrated versions in such cases; maintenance includes regularly inspecting the YZP coating and, if there are scratches, repairing them with anti-rust paint to maintain corrosion resistance.
