Lifting Butterfly Buckle (Double Ring Buckle)
Instructions for Use:
- Matching Check: Strictly prohibit using lifting butterfly buckles that do not match the chain grade and load – bearing requirements. Choose the appropriate specification (such as 1 ton, 2 tons, 3 tons, etc.) according to the actual lifting needs.
- Pre – use Inspection: Before use, check for cracks, deformation, or excessive wear on the double – ring structure, middle component, and connecting parts.
- Installation Requirement: When installing, ensure the chain is properly connected to the buckle, and the middle component (if detachable) is firmly assembled. For alloy steel buckles, although they have high strength, still avoid overloading and impact loads beyond the rated capacity.
- Force Application: During lifting operations, ensure the force is evenly applied to the buckle, and strictly prohibit oblique pulling and excessive impact.
- Maintenance: Regularly check the connection performance and structural integrity of the buckle. If any defects such as cracks are found, replace the buckle immediately.
