Wire Rope Clip
Instructions for Use:
- Matching Check: Strictly prohibit using wire rope clips that do not match the wire rope diameter. Choose the appropriate specification (such as M4, M8, M10) according to the wire rope size.
- Pre – use Inspection: Before use, check for cracks, deformation, or excessive wear on the U – shaped body, bolts, and nuts.
- Installation Requirement: When installing, ensure the wire rope is properly placed in the U – shaped groove, and tighten the bolts evenly. For hot – dip galvanized types, although they have good corrosion resistance, still avoid long – term exposure to extremely corrosive environments if possible.
- Force Application: During use, ensure the force is evenly applied to the clip, and strictly prohibit overloading and impact loads.
- Maintenance: Regularly check the clamping performance and the condition of components such as bolts. If any defects such as cracks are found, replace the clip immediately.
