Four-Jaw Nut-White Zinc Plated: They are anti-looseness locking fasteners with a four-claw (split-flange) top structure, made of carbon steel and finished with white zinc plating. The white zinc plating layer provides excellent corrosion resistance (suitable for indoor and semi-outdoor environments), while the four-jaw design enables tight clamping into matching grooves to restrict component movement. Instructions for Use：

Four-Jaw Nut-White Zinc Plated are fasteners installed in shafts or bores with pre-machined matching grooves, used to restrict axial movement of components. First, confirm the groove size on the shaft/bore matches the nut’s four-jaw width. Slide the nut onto the target shaft (or into the bore) until the four claws align with the groove, then press the nut firmly to make the claws snap into the groove. For enhanced stability, tighten the matching screw (if paired) to secure the nut in place. Note that mismatched groove sizes will reduce the anti-looseness and fixing effect of the four-jaw nut.
