Instructions for Use:
- Matching Check: Choose the appropriate specification (such as M4, M5, M6, etc.) according to the thickness of the cabinet panel and the application scenario.
- Pre – use Inspection: Before use, check for damage, deformation, or thread abnormalities on the nut body, cage structure, and clamping parts.
- Installation Requirement: When installing, clamp the nut into the prefabricated hole of the cabinet panel with appropriate force. For carbon steel nuts with surface treatments, avoid long – term exposure to extremely harsh corrosive environments if possible; for 304 stainless steel nuts, they have good corrosion resistance.
- Force Application: During installation and use, apply force evenly to the nut to ensure a firm connection. Strictly prohibit over – force that may cause the cage structure to deform or the nut to loosen.
- Maintenance: Regularly check for rust, loosening, or cage structure damage in humid or outdoor environments. If any defects are found that affect the fastening performance, repair or replace the nuts in a timely manner.
