Instructions for Use:
- Matching Check: Strictly prohibit using turnbuckles that do not match the specification of the connected components. Choose the appropriate model according to the application scenario and load requirements.
- Pre – use Inspection: Before use, check for cracks, deformation, or excessive wear on the end fittings, adjusting sleeve, and threads.
- Installation Requirement: When installing, ensure the end fittings are properly connected to the components, and the connection is firm. For electro – galvanized turnbuckles, avoid long – term exposure to extremely corrosive environments; stainless steel turnbuckles should also be used in accordance with the corresponding working conditions.
- Force Application: During use, adjust the tension evenly through the adjusting sleeve, and strictly prohibit overloading and impact loads.
- Maintenance: Regularly check the connection and adjustment performance of the turnbuckle. If any defects such as cracks are found, replace the turnbuckle immediately.
