Instructions for Use:
- Matching Check: Choose the appropriate specification (matching pipe diameter) and material (considering corrosion resistance requirements) according to the pipe size and use environment (indoor, outdoor, etc.).
- Pre – use Inspection: Before use, check for damage, deformation, or thread abnormalities on the U – bolt body and matching nuts.
- Installation Requirement: When installing, place the U – bolt around the pipe, and use nuts to fasten and clamp the pipe. Suitable for fixing various pipes in plumbing and building pipe laying.
- Force Application: During installation, apply force evenly to the nuts to ensure firm clamping of the pipe. Strictly prohibit over – force that may cause deformation of the U – bolt or damage to the pipe.
- Maintenance: Regularly check for rust, loosening, or deformation in humid or long – term use environments. If any defects are found that affect the fixing performance, repair or replace the U – bolts in a timely manner.
